This was a thirty second television spot also used on social media and various platforms mainly in the Cedar Rapids area. Fun fact: The interview footage was filmed on the original Red One MX cinema camera.

This is a television commercial created for Theatre Cedar Rapids, a great client and relationship. TCR offers a class for children on the autistic spectrum that allows them to learn and grow within the context of the stage. DreamCity Cinema provided full video production for the entirety of this project.

Client: JW Morton and Benchmark, INC
Advertising firm JW Morton hired Adam Orton to film and edit this Company Showcase Reel for Benchmark, INC – the country’s top roof and paving consulting firm. DreamCity shot, edited, mixed, and colored this project.

Client: Shuttleworth and Ingersoll
This is a 30 second commercial directed by Adam Orton for the law firm Shuttleworth & Ingersoll. Project partnership with Flow Media. In addition to directing and video production, DreamCity Cinema provided editing, music composition, and coloring.

This is a broadcast television commercial created for TCR’s stage production of My Fair Lady. This was produced completely from scratch by DreamCity Cinema, and utilized exterior lighting as well as some simple visual effects.

So far this has been the scariest video we’ve ever made! Commissioned by Iowa’s Scariest Haunted House “Circle of Ash,” DreamCity was hired to create a series of television spots and social media videos.

The Giver show choir movie
Client: LinnMar and Ankeny School District
During the height of the pandemic, varsity show choir institutions from Linn-Mar and Ankeny Centennial schools collaborated on a project inspired by Lois Lowry’s young adult novel, THE GIVER. Flow Media and DreamCity Cinema teamed up to create this short film as a creative outlet for both schools since regular show choir events and competitions could not be held due to safety reasons.
